Having more than 25 years experience in financial planning and control from large enterprises to venture funds and small companies Marlon acts as part time CFO for NovioSense. From 1999 to 2004 Marlon acted as CFO for Life Science Partners playing a pivotal role in setting up Funds I and II. From 2005 Marlon founded Finmar BV a boutique financial planning and services for SMEs in the health and medial sector. Having experience of sitting on both sides of the risk capital table Marlon provides critical support in raising capital investments.
